Hello Pittsburg, KS: I am very excited to partner with the Collegio, and bring you a weekly weather forecast that will only be in the Collegio.

This week from Sept. 6 to Sept. 12, it should be nothing but sunny days with hardly any clouds in the sky. However, it shouldn’t be too hot and will be in the 80s all week, with the exception being Saturday when it will only be in the 70s. Going to be a great week to get outside and do something with friends.

A feature we will be including is my motivational quote of the week, this week’s quote comes from the man David Goggins.

“We all need small sparks, small accomplishments in our lives to fuel the big ones. Think of your small accomplishments as kindling. When you want a bonfire, you don’t start by lighting a big log. You collect some hay or some dry, dead grass. You light that, and then add small sticks and bigger sticks before you feed your tree stump into the blaze. Because it’s the small sparks, which start small fires, that eventually build enough heat to burn the whole forest down.”

That quote is one I really like to look at when I have a lot to do, and I have no idea how I’m going to get to where I need to be. I start by making a small goal, completing a small task and building from there. Take it task by task and day by day to get to your ultimate goal. Have a great week Pittsburg.
