Phonathon callers
PSU is looking for callers for the annual Spring Phonathon. The pay is $6.10 an hour for new students and $6.20 an hour for returning students. These callers will help raise money for the university. Prizes will be given away every night. This is a part-time, temporary position, requiring each person to work three shifts per week. For more information, call Melanie Cumoletti at 235-4061, or e-mail her at mcumolet@pittstate.edu.
'Cosby Show'
performance delayed
"An Evening with Malcolm-Jamal Warner," scheduled for 7 p.m. today at Pittsburg State University, has been postponed because of weather-related travel delays.
Warner, who rose to fame during his six-year stint as Theo Huxtable on the NBC sitcom "The Cosby Show," was scheduled to perform at the Overman Student Center. Warner is also known for performing in the second season of Russell Simmons' Def Poetry Jam on HBO.
Warner's show has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 25. The performance will be held at the same time and location.
Tickets already distributed for the free performance will be valid at the rescheduled show.
For more information, call the PSU Campus Activities Center at 235-4795.
