Gorilla Geeks will hold a free training course for Microsoft Word 2007 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, in 109 Whitesitt Hall. For more information, call 235-4600.
CAC to hold
dessert contest
Campus Activities Center will hold an Apple Dessert Contest at 11 a.m. Monday, March 3, at the Gorilla Lounge across from the bookstore in the Overman Student Center. Entries must be delivered to the Campus Activities Center between 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Dishes must be picked up by Tuesday, March 2. Winners will be announced at the Apple Day Convocation at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 5, in McCray Hall. The entry form must be turned in to the Campus Activities Center by Friday, Feb. 29.
Ceramics on display in Porter
Ceramics sculptor Eileen Cohen's exhibit "Light in Darkness" is on display every day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Feb. 28, in the Harry Krug Gallery inside Porter Hall. For more information, call Stephanie Bowman at 235-4305.
