Heads up
A group of PSU students has started playing golf every day right in front of Russ Hall. However, rather than golf balls, these golfers are using hard rubber discs classified as drivers, putters and mid-rangers, depending on size. SAPS to hold photo seminar

The Student Association of Photographers will hold a seminar and contest called "Perspectives of Photography" from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, in room S102 of the Kansas Technology Center. SGA quorum meets with resounding 'yay'

Members of the Student Government Association were pleased to make quorum at Wednesday night's meeting when the final senator needed to make quorum showed up and the group broke out in a unanimous "yay." SGA had not been able to make quorum in its last five meetings.… Post the First Comment

Jones fund-raiser to be held Saturday

A fund-raiser to earn money to pay Brandon Jones' unpaid hospital bills and to cover any final expenses will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at the Girard American Legion. Jones, who was a senior in construction management at PSU, died on Feb. 7 from Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that is most commonly found in bone or soft tissue in children and young adults.… Post the First Comment
