One Person Show
to be performed


"American Voices," the second in a series of One Person Shows presented by Will & Company, will be from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at the Crimson and Gold Ballroom in the Overman Student Center. The presentation examines the issue of diversity in socio-economic status, religion and sexual orientation. Admission is free.


Chemistry Club
to meet


The Chemistry Club will meet at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, in Heckert-Wells Room 106. Refreshments will be provided. For more information, e-mail pittstatechem@yahoo.com.


Jazz Ensemble
to perform


Jon Faddis and the Chicago Jazz Ensemble will perform at the 34th annual PSU Jazz Festival at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 7, at the Pittsburg Memorial Auditorium. Faddis is a conductor, composer and educator. He began playing the trumpet at age 8. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for persons 65 and over and 12 or under. PSU students are admitted free with a valid ID.


Black history
lecture slated


Randy Roberts will lecture on "Black History of Pittsburg," at 2 p.m. Monday, March 3, at the Governor's Room of the Overman Student Center. Admission is free.


ISA plans
Culture Fair


The International Students Association will hold an International Food and Culture Fair from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Pittsburg Memorial Auditorium. Food, arts and crafts from various countries will be displayed. Coupon booklets to be used at the event are $5.


SAC plans
Apple Hunt


The Student Activities Council's annual Apple Hunt will be all day Monday, March 3, through Wednesday, March 5. Clues will be posted each morning. Each student who finds an apple in the hidden location can return it to the Campus Activities Center to claim a prize. Limit one prize per student for the duration of the Apple Hunt.


Songwriter to perform


Jessica Sonner, a songwriter and folk - rock singer, will perform at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at the U-Club in the Overman Student Center. Admission is free.
