It requires a crew of three to operate the 98-foot aircraft, which is capable of lifting more than 26,000 pounds of cargo.
The helicopter is scheduled to land in the practice field just east of the president's residence on Ford Street at 1:15 p.m., weather permitting. A final call on the weather will be made at 11:30 a.m.
