Axe library shifts $54,000 to Internet-based media

PSU's Axe Library has moved $54,000 closer to the Internet. According to Robert Walter, dean of Learning Resources and director of the library, $40,000 from the library's periodicals budget has been shifted to online periodicals and databases. SGA cuts request amount for allocations

In its second meeting of the year, the Student Government Association put up and voted on their first piece of legislation, which involved the revising of the student organization allocations handbook. PSU's Web site is getting a new look. The redesign will launch during the week of Monday, Sept. 15, according to Kim Carlson, director of marketing.
