new members
Gorillas in Your Midst, the campus peer health education group, is looking for new members to assist PSU students in making healthy choices. Applications for the spring semester class may be picked up at 105 Overman Student Center, or at the Campus Activities Office, also in the student center. KRPS to air
live performances
KRPS Public Radio, 89.9 FM, will air live performances from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, in the second annual "Music, Memories and More: A KRPS Old-Fashioned Christmas Radio Special."
Artists scheduled to perform throughout the day at the KRPS studios, located in Shirk Hall at Pittsburg State University, include "Little Elvis" Duke Mason, guitarist and vocalist Adam Stanley, African band Kufara, the Workman Bluegrass Band, the Pittsburg Community Middle School eighth-grade choir, and spoken word artist Barbara Labitska.
From 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., KRPS will hold a holiday open house at the studios, offering refreshments, tours and live performances.

Korean Night
slated Nov. 20
Korean Night is a production of the Korean Student Association and will showcase not only traditional culture, but contemporary culture and tradition as well. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in the University Club of the Overman Student Center.
This event will include a band performance, a short presentation about the culture in Korean universities, watching and learning Korean dances, and quizzes. Participants will also be able to write their name tag in Korean.

Mini MBA
to be offered
The Kelce College of Business at Pittsburg State University is presenting a mini-MBA program, which is a series of 10 three-hour courses, held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays this winter. The courses include strategy, marketing, advertising, finance, accounting, legal considerations, human resource management, international business and leadership.
